Dr. Anjali Nagpal is a highly experienced Psychiatrist and Neuropsychiatrist with over 30 years of overall medical experience, including 16 years as a specialist in Psychiatry. She completed her MBBS from Gandhi Medical College, Hyderabad, followed by a Diploma in Psychiatric Medicine (DPM) and an M.D. in Psychiatry.

Her interest in Psychiatry developed into a lifelong passion after being selected by the University of Maryland, USA, where she worked as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at the Schizophrenia Related Disorders Clinic. The clinic is internationally recognized for developing several widely used psychiatric assessment scales, providing her with a strong foundation in evidence-based psychiatric practice and research.

Dr. Nagpal has extensive expertise in Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) and has been practicing this advanced, non-invasive treatment modality for over seven years. She remains connected with experts from Stanford University to stay updated with the latest rTMS protocols for the management of Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Substance Use Disorders (De-addiction), and Auditory Hallucinations.

She has also received specialized training in sLORETA, Quantitative Electroencephalography (QEEG), Live Z-Score Neurofeedback, and Brain Mapping at BrainDX, Cleveland, USA. Her areas of clinical interest include neurofeedback, brain mapping, and the integration of advanced neurotechnological approaches in the diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric disorders.

Currently, Dr. Nagpal serves as a Consultant Psychiatrist at Max Healthcare, Vaishali, and also consults at her state-of-the-art clinics in Vasant Kunj and Paschim Vihar, where she provides compassionate, evidence-based mental healthcare in a safe, unbiased, and non-judgmental environment.

Dr. Nagpal actively participates in national and international conferences, workshops, and academic programs to remain updated with the latest advances in psychiatry.
